Council <br />wishes him the best in his future career choices. AM voted aye- <br />Motion passed. <br />(#20*)MUNICIPAL BOARD PROCESS <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to accept the <br />information presented by Mark Bernhards>5n regarding this issue. <br />All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(#21*)POLICE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE AUCTION <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour- to establish <br />April 27, 1991, 9t 10:00 a.m. at Perrys Truck Service as the time <br />and place for an auction o.f unclaimed vehicles subsequent to <br />published notice in the official newspaper and notification being <br />sent to registered owners. All voted aye. Mc-tion passed. <br />(#22*)AUCTION OF CONFISCATED AND ABANDONED ITEMS <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour. to establish <br />May 11. 1991, at 10:00 a.m. at the Orono Police Department at 445 <br />Willow Drive, Long Lake, as the time and place for an auction of <br />abandoned, confiscated- nr found property, subsequeat to <br />published notice in the official newspaper. All voted aye. <br />Motion passed. <br />(#23*)RESIGNATION OF C.S.O. <br />It v/as moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to accept the <br />resignation of Community Service Officer Kevin Walsh, effective <br />April 12, 1991. All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(#24*)CAMINE PROGRAM DONATION <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to authorize <br />the acceptance of the donation from Cub Scout Park 2*)6 for the <br />canine program and direct Staff to send a thank you letter to the <br />Pack. All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(#25*)TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT-GOLF COURSE <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to approve <br />the temporary employment of the persons listed in John <br />Gerhardson's memo dated April 3, 1991, and marked as item #25, at <br />the respective hourly rates shown, effective April 9. 1991. All <br />voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(#26*)SOURCE REDUCTION PROGRAM <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to adopt <br />Resolution #29*32 establishing a source reduction program for the <br />Cit'/ of Orono and to a.ppoint John R.
