Present to Council letters of application received in response <br />to ad placed in the paper on February 18, 1991. <br />2. Determine process for consideration. <br />IMTEODOCTION - Attachment A outlined upcoming vacancies for <br />Planning Com^ssion. Attachments C are in response to that ad. <br />DISCUSSION * As outlined in Attachment 3 it would be appropriate <br />to interview the new applicants plus any the Council would like <br />to interview of existing members whose terms are up and are <br />desiring to continue. It is anticipated that interviews would be <br />held at the 3/25 meeting with a discussion either that evening or <br />on 4/8. Mr. McMillan has advised that he will be unable to <br />attend the Council meeting of 3/25. If Council agrees, we will <br />reschedule his appearance before the Council at your 4/8 meeting. <br />This would be in time for the 4/15 meeting of the Planning <br />Conission. <br />ALTERMATIVBS <br />1.
