1. Applicant is placed on notice that at any time should the <br />church's special functions or regular attendance exceed 300 that <br />applicant must obtain a large assembly permit from the City of <br />Orono. <br />2. Applicant shall submit an annual log on March 1st of each <br />year to the City of Orono listing various functions of the church <br />and/or other organizations associated with the church use of <br />these facilities. <br />3. Applicant shall apply for the legal combination of PIN 25- <br />118-23-33-0001 and PIN 25-118-23-33-0002, from the City of Orono <br />prior to the commencement of church use of the facility. <br />4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br />exercised within one year of the date of Council approval, or <br />this conditional use permit will expire on that date {April 22, <br />1992). <br />5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms^ and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />6. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby <br />agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of Spring <br />Hill Land Company, its successors and assigns, hereby agree to <br />the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the <br />property. <br />Page 3 oi 5 <br />('■‘S .a
