#2404 Otten Brothers Nursery <br />August 20,1998 <br />Page 4 <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends as follows: <br />1. <br />MOTOMS ed “ Agreement to allow construction of the greenhouse <br />2. <br />3. <br />Denial of the proposed location of the loading dock / retaining wall system within Outlot C <br />Approv^ of a loading dock to be constructed at some undefmed site within Lot 2 that meets <br />a 35' setback from Outlot C. <br />4.Approval of the relocaUon of the 40'x90' canopy to the proposed site east of the storage bins <br />m Lot 1 that meets the 35’ setback to Outlot C (proposed at 40 ’±). <br />5. <br />6.Applicant to meet with neighbors and establish an enhanced screening plan for Council <br />review ^d approval; such plan to potentially include additional plantings, fencing, and/or <br />matenals storage screening. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Direct the City Attorney to draft the appropriate documents to amend the PUD Agreement to aUow <br />the proposed greenhouse construction, subject to conditions as noted. <br />♦
