Wl <br />Website wwwDonestroo com <br />We have reviewed the preliminaiy plat for the proposed two-lot subdivision for Christine Valerius <br />The site is located at 3750 Bayside Road (C.R.84) north of Bayside Road and south of the Luce Line <br />Trad in the north half of Section 5. We have the following comments in regards to engineering <br />may be appropriate from a safety perspccti\c to combine the two driveways and have just one <br />access onto the County Road. Hennepin County should review and comment on the plans. <br />2. Utilities; The well location for the existing house should be shown on the final plans.
