Enclosed is a copy of a denial resolution. <br />Application: The applicant had proposed to construct a fence to exceed the maximum 3 1/2' <br />height within the average lakeshore setback. The fence would have been 6' in height. The applicant <br />had stated in his hardship statement 3 1/2' is inadequate for the purposes of containing his 2 Borzois <br />dogs. The proposed location has house access, where placing the fence elsewhere would not allow <br />this convenience. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />To approve or amend the enclosed denial resolution.
