Attached you will find: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Summary of Comprehensive Plan Amendment #2 <br />Summaries of 4 pertinent code sections that could come into play when Highway 12 <br />properties are developed: <br />•Section 10.30 M-6 Multiple Family Planned Residential District (adopted 6-14-76) <br />-Section 10.45 B-6 Highway Commercial District (adopted 5-8-89) <br />-Section 10.52 Special Requirements for Rezoning in the Highway 12 Corridor <br />Study Area (adopted 5-8-89) <br />-Section 10.53 Planned Unit Development (adopted 5-8-89) <br />3. <br />4. <br />A full copy of Amendment #2 <br />Summary and sketches of 4 optional development schemes for the area directly north of <br />Highway 12 between Willow and Old Crsytal Bay Road. These plans all fall within the <br />general guidelines adopted in Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 2.
