I am pioviding my comm <br />on the above mentioned dock license application as a member only. <br />Wi'.h respect to the application for a joint use dock license application, I offer the following <br />comments in support of granting the license. <br />Location of Dock/Navigation Issues: The proposed location and <br />docks creates a wider navigation channel within the lagoon. The cumen , <br />malniins approximately 94’ in clearance while the proposed dock PfO''>des for <br />approximately 105* of clearance (please see attached sketch). To jg <br />the narrows bridge channel, according to the LMCD. is approximately 75 in width. This Is <br />clearly a positive Impact. <br />Impact on Most Effected Neighbor The proposed dock location and ^^(TwoSd <br />locates the docks further away from the property and actual 'dwellings ^ gtreei and <br />consider the two moet effected neighbors.
