These conditions are still in effect and the requested <br />Joint Use Dock License conflicts with them. <br />2.The proposed license revision requires the involvement of the owner of Lot 3, Navarre Cove, <br />whose involvement has not yet been confirmed. <br />Council considered the constructive comments of the neighboring property owners and users of the <br />lagoon, and Council indicated that the dock design and location changes proposed by them may be <br />appropriate if the application proceeds further. <br />Council noted that the Kelly Cove Homeowners Association could make a new application at no <br />charge if a comprehensive proposal involving Kelly Cove and Lot 3 & Outlot A of Navarre Cove <br />is presented. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City Clerk <br />after review and approval by the City Council. <br />;
