We are also in receipt of a letter from Rick J. Sheridan dated September <br />21,1998 which indicates that Brad Hoyt is willing to agree to restrict the use of Lot 3 to t^^'o slips. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the July 27,1998 Council minutes which document discussion of a few related <br />issues that need to be addressed when the review is re-opened. These specifically include the <br />location and layout of the new joint dock as well as the dock serving Lot 3; and a mechanism for <br />controlling the number of docks (revisions to CUP? new covenants?). <br />Staff is prepared to place your application back on an upcoming Council agenda, but I think it would <br />be prudent if we could meet to discuss the above-noted issues prior to committing to a specific <br />meeting date.
