A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.20, SUBDIVISION 3 (Q) <br />FILE NO. 2389 <br />WHEREAS, Daniel J. Kluth (hereinafter the "applicant") is the owner of the <br />property located at 2801 Fox Street within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Farview, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "property"); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has made application to the City of Orono to permit <br />a "Plumbing in Accessory Structure - Conditional Use Permit" to allow a toilet and sink to be <br />installed into an accessory structure. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2389. <br />The property is located in the LR-IA Zoning District. <br />The property is approximately 2.71 acres in area. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on September 21, <br />1998, and recommended approval of a conditional use permit for plumbing in <br />an accessory structure to allow for a toilet and sink based on the following <br />findings: <br />a.
