Render agrees to grant the existing <br />easement beneficiaries die liglit to use his road as they have in the past. <br />In consideration for Render granting such access to Regan (a 4 ’’’ user), Regan agrce.s to bear the cost of <br />widening Renders road from 16 ’ to 20’. Regan also agrees to bear a proportionate cost of maintaining die <br />20’ road equal to the cost of maintaining the road divided equally by the number of properties using the <br />road (4 users, V* of the cost). <br />It is agreed that any additional users permitted access to Renders road in addition to Regan, reimburbC <br />Regan for a portion of hU costs incurred in widening the road from 16 ’ to 20’.
