PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE <br />21020.04. TERMINATION: An]interim use shall terminate on the happening of any of <br />the following events, whichever occurs first: <br />Subd. 1. The date stated in the permit. <br />Subd. 2. Upon violation of conditions under which the permit was issued. <br />Subd. 3. Upon change in the City’s zoning regulations which renders the use non- <br />conforming. <br />Subd. 4. The redevelopment of the use and property upon whicii it is located to a <br />permitted or conditional use as allowed within the respective zoning district. <br />21020.05. CERTIFICATION OF TAXES PAID: Prior to approving an application for <br />an interim use permit, the applicant shall provide certification to the City that there are no <br />delinquent property taxes, special assessments, interest, or City utility fees due upon the parcel <br />of land to which the interim use permit application relates. <br />=! <br />.X- <br />'S <br />i <br />•m <br />• 4 w <br />21020-2
