r <br />Subd. 3. Interim Uses: General Standards. An interim use shall comply with <br />the following: <br />A. Shall meet the standards of a conditional use permit as set forth in Section <br />10.09 of the Zoning Chapter. <br />B. Shall conform to the applicable general performance standards established in <br />Section 10.60 of the Zoning Chapter. <br />—G:-----TheHseis allowed as an interim use in the respective zoning district {NOTE: <br />JHIS^UGGESTS^HAT tV zoning DlSTRIGTrAMENDMENT-IO- <br />. ADD-A-SPECIFIED INTERIM-USE-IS -REQUIRED FOR-EACH <br />APPLICATION; PERHAPS THIS SECTION CAN BE OMITTED) <br />D. TTie date, event or occurrence that will terminate the use can be identified with <br />certainty. <br />E. The use will not impose unreasonable costs on the public, and will not result <br />in adverse effects on the public health, safety and welfare. <br />F. The user agrees to any conditions that the Citj' Council deems appropriate for <br />pennission of the use. <br />Subd.^. Interim Uses: Termination. An interim use shall terminate on the <br />happening of any of the following events, whichever occurs first: <br />A. The date stated in the permit. <br />B. Upon violation of the conditions under which the permit was issued. <br />^C,----^Upon^angHri thFCity ’sZoning regulations which renders the use non- <br />conforming (SEE NOTE t\BOVE)7" * <br />D. The redevelopment of the use and property upon which it is located to a <br />pennitted or conditional use as allowed within the respective zoning district. <br />Section 3.
