Subd. 3. Interim Uses: General Standards. An iiuerim use shall comply with <br />the following: <br />A. The use shall meet the standards of a conditional use permit as set forth in <br />Section 10.09 of the Zoning Chapter. <br />The use shall conform to the applicable general performance standards <br />established in Section 10.60 of the Zoning Chapter. <br />The date, event or occurrence that will terminate tlie use can be identified with <br />certainty. <br />The use will not impose unreasonable costs on the public, and will not result <br />in adverse effects on the public health, safety and welfare. <br />The user agrees to any conditions that the City Council deems appropriate for <br />permission of the use. <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />Subd. 4. Interim Uses: Limitation on Applicability. This ordinance shall <br />apply only to properties that: <br />a. abut existing U.S. Highway 12; or <br />b. either will abut future Highway 12 or will be partially or fully acquired <br />for future Highway 12 right-of way. <br />Subd. 5. Interim Uses: Termination. An interim use shall terminate on the <br />happening of any of the following events, whichever occurs first: <br />A. The date stated in the permit. <br />B. Upon violation of the conditions under which the permit was issued. <br />C. The redevelopment of the use and property upon which it is located to a <br />permitted or conditional use as allowed within the respective zoning district. <br />Section 3.
