PAGE 1 <br />AvrENDANCE 7:30 Ph The Orono Planning Commission met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Chairman Collahan, with <br />members Goetten, Sine, Kelley, Taylor, and McDonald. <br />Planning Commission member Rovegno was absent. Council <br />representative Mayor Butler was present. Chairman Callahan called for <br />the public hearing concerning the preliminary subdivision of <br />Paul Phillips. Building t Zoning Administrator Mabusth <br />noted the certificate of mailing and the affidavit of <br />publication. There was no one present from the public for <br />this scheduled public hearing. <br />/;J0 - 7:39 PM <br />Building & Zoning Administrator Kabusth reviewed with the <br />Planning Commission Phillip's propo.sal to subdivide <br />approximately 12 acres of his land into A lots. Mabusth <br />noted that portions of the It! acres arc located within the <br />City of .Medina, but thtt the obvious building sites are <br />located within the City of Orono. <br />Chairman Callahan closed the public hearing at 7:39p.m <br />Goetten moved, Sime absconded, to recommend approval of the <br />preliminary plat application of Paul Phillips finding all <br />standards of the RR**lB zoning district and on>site septic <br />code have been satisfied based on the following conditions: <br />1.t <br />Additional septic testing to be completed before <br />applicant is schiklule for Council approval—Lots 1 and <br />3's alternate test sites. <br />2.Locate existing Septic system on Lot 3. <br />■j.Approval of curb cut by Hennepin County.
