The area of Lot 1, Block 1 is approximately <br />41,072 s.f. by my calculation (41,612 sf - 540 sf for Outlot A=41,072 sf). The Fair Market Value <br />is therefore 41,072 sf x $3.05 = $125,270. The 8% park fee per City Code Section 11.62 Subd. 3B <br />is calculated as .08 x$ 125,270= $10,021. <br />This amount will be due prior to final plat approval.
