The park fee <br />condition is changed to reflect the April 1998 ordinance. Council should address any concerns <br />regarding the four noted items to be resolved prior to final plat approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached resolution granting preliminary approval of a Class 11 subdivision for property <br />located at 2190 Wayzata Boulevard.
