It would be located 22' from the property line, within the front yard setback <br />of Leaf Street. The required setback in the zoning district is 50'. The new construction will include <br />replacing an existing stairway and porch that currently serves the residence. The new proposed <br />construction would not encroach further into the front yard setback than the existing residence. <br />This application requires the following variance: <br />1.
