(.46 acres) <br />Application:The applicant appeared at the May and June Planning Conimission meetings <br />requesting average lakeshore setback, bluff setback and hardcover variances <br />in the 75 -250 setback to allow an addition to an existing residence that is <br />located forward of the average lakeshore setback within 30' of a bluff where <br />die existing hardcover is at 24.15%. <br />The applicant has submitted an alternate plan to add a second floor to the <br />existing residence.
