1 <br />§ 10.20 <br />D. Public Service Structures. Public service <br />structures, including but not limited to electric transmission <br />lines, buildings such as telephone exchange stations, booste <br />pressure regulating stations, wells, and plumbing stations, <br />stated tanks, lift stations and electrical power substations, <br />provided no building shall be located within 50' from any lot line <br />of an abutting lot in an ”R" District. Prior to granting such <br />permit it shall be found that the architectural . g®^Q^be <br />structures is compatible to the neighborhood in which it is to te <br />located and thus will promote the general welfare. Public <br />structures as defined above that have been approved by the City a <br />required public hearings for public improvement proDects shall <br />require a conditional use permit but ^uch structures shall be <br />subject to all other appropriate standards set forth in this <br />section; amendments to approved plans fl"^the <br />placement of these structures will require written <br />City to all affected property .owners 14 days prior to the adopt <br />of the amended plans by the Council. <br />Source: Ordinance 29, 2nd Series <br />Adopted: 2-23-87 <br />E. Greenhouses. Guest Houses & Non—rental Guest Apartments <br />1) Guest Houses. A separate dwelling <br />constructed on an existing undivided lot for the sole use of the <br />occupants of the principal buildings, including their domestic <br />employees or their non-paying guests.
