1 <br />§ 10.20 <br />D. Public Service Structures. Public service <br />structures, including but not limited to electric transmission <br />lines, buildings such as telephone exchange stations, booste <br />pressure regulating stations, wells, and plumbing stations, <br />stated tanks, lift stations and electrical power substations, <br />provided no building shall be located within 50' from any lot line <br />of an abutting lot in an ”R" District. Prior to granting such <br />permit it shall be found that the architectural . g®^Q^be <br />structures is compatible to the neighborhood in which it is to te <br />located and thus will promote the general welfare. Guest Houses & Non—rental Guest Apartments <br />1) Guest Houses. A separate dwelling <br />constructed on an existing undivided lot for the sole use of the <br />occupants of the principal buildings, including their domestic <br />employees or their non-paying guests.
