1 <br />Section 2. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, Subd. 3 is hereby amended by adding Subd. <br />3(Q) as follows; <br />Subd. 3. Conditional Uses. <br />0 Plumbing in Accessory Building. The provision of a toilet, bathtub or shower m an <br />accessory building. Approval shall be conditioned on provision of municipal samta^ sevver <br />or a conforming sewage treatment system designed to handle the anticipated flows from the <br />building plumbine. Approval shall be granted only for those uses which Co^cil finds wdl <br />not be detrimental to the residential character of the neighborhood and which Council finds <br />are in keeping with the intended use of the accessory building. Approval will be subject to <br />the property owner executing a covenant providing that: <br />a. Accessory building will not be used for a home occupation unless <br />specifically approved by City or if allowed by City code. <br />b. Accessory building will not be used as a dwelling unless a guest house <br />CUP is obtained. <br />c. Accessory building will not be rented, leased or otherwise provided <br />for use as a dwelling under any circumstances. <br />Section 3. Adoption and Publication. This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption and <br />publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota on this 28th day of September, <br />1998 by a vote of ___^ayes and ___nays. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
