ir.pin <br />§ 10.75 <br />SEC. 10.75. HEIGHT OP STRUCTURES. <br />Subd. 1. Special Provisions. The height limitations <br />imposed by other provisions of this Chapter may be increased by <br />conditional use permit by 50 percent when applied to the following <br />structures: <br />contain usable <br />space <br />above <br />Antenna or antenna atmetur ea ; <br />Church spires. <br />Belfries. <br />Cupolas and domes which do not cont^ useable space. <br />Monuments. <br />Water towers. <br />Fire and hose towers. <br />Observation towers. <br />Flag poles. <br />Chimneys. <br />Smokestacks. ^ • feet <br />Parapet walls extending not more than three feet above hei^t of the building. <br />M:L. Cooling towers. <br />•NM. Elevator penthouses. <br />Subd. 2. Conditional Use Permits. Heights in excess of <br />those allowed under Subdivision 1 above for the uses enumerated <br />therein may be permitted only by conditional use permit granted <br />pursuant to the procedures as set forth in Section 10.09. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 198 <br />Effective Date: 8-22-77 <br />Subd. 3. Additional Heights on Sloping Lots. On any lot <br />sloping downhill from the street, which has an average ground slope <br />on that portion of the lot to be occupied by the main building of <br />25% or more (measured in the general direction of the side lot <br />lines) an additional twelve feet of height may be permitted in such <br />main building and the garage or parking space may be in the <br />required front yard provided a yard of ten feet or more is <br />maintained. <br />Required yards <br />the following <br />Subd. 4. Yards: Additional Provisions, <br />in the districts specified shall be subject to <br />additional requirements: <br />A. Through Lots. Through lots in any district <br />shall have a required front yard on each street. <br />B. ”B" and "I” Districts: Adjacent Lots.
