S ' <br />TO:Mayor Jabbour and Orono City Councilmembers <br />FROM:Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />DATE:September 28, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing Regard* .g the Provision of Sanitary Sewer Service to the Head <br />Property at 2090 Shoreline Drive <br />The public hearing regarding the provision of sanitary sewer service to the Head property at 2090 <br />Shoreline Drive was scheduled and published for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28. Staff had <br />planned to include this public hearing as part of the September 28 Council agenda. However, <br />Martha Head called with concerns regarding staffs memo to her concerning zoning restnctions on <br />the property and requested the public hearing be rescheduled. Based on this conversation, the public <br />hearing was not included on the September 28 Council meeting agenda. <br />The Heads have now requested that the public hearing be held this evening at its origin^ly <br />scheduled time. The City Attorney has indicated there is not a legal problem holding the hearing <br />this evening since all of the required notifications have been provided. I have attached a Council <br />agenda memo regarding the public hearing, and a letter sent to the Heads providing them with <br />information regarding the proposed sewer project and zoning issues related to the property. <br />If you have any questions regarding this item, please call me <br />j
