As of tlus date, <br />an application has not been received. As this is an after-the-fact situation, the City must require you <br />to remove the deck and restore the lakeshore bank to its original condition or if you feel you can <br />demonstrate a hardship, you can apply for a variance and a conditional use permit. <br />A deadline of August 10,1998 has been established for removal and restoration or submittd of <br />variance and conditional use application and required submittals. If this deadline is not met, the City <br />will initiate legal action.
