Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />October 9, 1997 <br />Zoning File #2286 _________ <br />3.The bam and other outbuildings on Parcel A shall be removed within 6 months of <br />subdivision approval, based on the dilapidated nature of those structures. <br />4.Applicant shall grant to Hennepin County a 66' road, dramage and utility easement <br />for the right-of-way of Bay side Road within the boundaries of the property. <br />5. Because this is a Class I subdivision, the subdivision is not subject to park <br />dedication. <br />6.Applicant shall provide evidence that Hennepin County has approved suitable <br />locations for an access driveway to both parcels (this has been completed). <br />7.Applicant shall have his surveyor define the 929.4 contour to confirm the lakeshore <br />status of both Parcels A and B (this has been completed, both are lakeshore lots). <br />8.Applicant is advised that the portions of Parcels A and B north of Bayside Road <br />are not separately buildable, and any future proposal to construct accessory <br />stmctures on those portions will be subject to further City review and approval. <br />COTJNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Adopt the attached resolution approving a 2-lot metes and bounds Class I subdivision for Steve <br />White at 4355 Bayside Road. <br />ch <br />1 <br />i <br />I <br />J
