r <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION <br />OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT OF A PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 900 WILLOW DRIVE NORTH <br />FILE NO. 2408 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br />within Uie City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearrangement by Theodore F. Wolf and Myma T. Wolf (hereinafter "the <br />subdividers") of properties legally described as: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, WOLFS RUN <br />to be rearranged by transferring a portion of Lot 1 to Lot 2 described as: <br />The east 120 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, WOLFS RUN, also that part of the west 40 feet of <br />the east 160 feet of said Lot 1 lying south of the north 85 feet of said lot 1. <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed a’l requirements of the City for a <br />subdivision to rearrange the property lines between Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, WOLFS RUN. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Orono <br />hereby approves the lot line rearrangement of the above referenced property by the subdividers <br />as shown on the certificate of survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed surveyor of Coffin & <br />Gronberg, dated and revised September 11, 1998, as attached in Exhibit A, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1.The new legal description for Lot 1 shall read as follows: <br />Lot 1 <br />That part of Lot 1, Block 1, WOLFS RUN lying west of the east 160 feet <br />of said Lot 1, also the west 40 feet of the east 160 feet of the north 85 feet of <br />said Ix)t 1. <br />2.
