That issue has been resolved <br />by considering the bam to be an accessory structure without animals. The <br />50' setback from the new property line has been met. The bam is <br />non-conforming as to the side yard setback from the north property line. <br />The proposed lot line rearrangement meets all other requirements of the <br />RR-IB zoning district. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission on a 5-0 vote recommended approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To approve the enclosed resolution.
