CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />3189NO. <br />A-) <br />:i\ <br />A RESOLOTION GRAMTING <br />APTER-THB-FACT VARIANCES TO <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 9 (A) AND <br />SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6 (B) <br />FILE #1761 <br />WHEREAS, Mark Hunsley (hereinafter "the applicant") <br />Interest in the property located adjacent to his residence at 3464 <br />Eastlake Street within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City ).
