Staff recommends approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the replacement of retaining <br />walls due to excessive erosion of the property. The replacement of the wood retaining walls <br />with concrete will solve »he applicants maintenance problems subject to the following <br />conditions. <br />1.The applicants receive approval for a variance from allowed hardcover in the 0-75' <br />distance from the lakeshore. <br />2. The applicants receive approval for a variance from allowed hardcover in the 75-250' <br />distance from the lakeshore. <br />3.The applicants receive approval for a variance to allow retaining walls within 75* of <br />the lake. <br />4.
