1.That this Report be adopted as the guide for installation of sanitary sewer to serve the <br />Head property. <br />2. That the City conduct a legal and fiscal review of the proposed project prior to the public <br />hearing. <br />3. That a public hearing be held on the proposed improvements. The total estimated project <br />cost of $54,000 should be incorporated in the public notice. <br />The total estimated cost of $54,000 includes a 5 percent contingency, a 20 percent allowance for <br />design, inspection, legal, and administration costs, and a 5 percent allowance for capitalized <br />interest and bonding costs during construction. The cost estimate does not include easement <br />costs that could be incurred on the project. The installation, operation and maintenance of the <br />grinder station and the connection of the sewer to the home will be the responsibility of the <br />property owner.
