A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br />ON HEAD PROPERTY, 2090 SHORELINE DRIVE, <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No.of the Council adopted August 24, <br />1998, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Head Property, 2090 <br />Shoreline Drive, sanitary sewer improvement, and this report was received by the Council on August <br />24,1998; and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project <br />is necessary, cost i.llective, and feasible. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />1. <br />2. <br />The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement <br />of $54,000. <br />A public hearing sliall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day of September, <br />1998 in the Council Chambers, 2750 Kelley Parkway, at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of August, 1998. <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
