INC 0 001 002• # <br />CITY OP ROSEVILLE <br />AH ORDINAl^CE NO, 1086 <br />fAY •• ,'T' <br />Nil K <br />4'73- 051^ <br />-flvll GkI sOi,!)^ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDlNO THE CITY CODE OP THE CITY OF <br />SOSEVXIiLB BY DEFINING AND PROVIDING FOR INTERIM AND TEMPORARY <br />OSES OF LAND BY ADDING SECTIONS 13.400, 13.410 and 13.420. <br />The city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br />I. <br />Section 5.494 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br />i.s hereby amended by adding the following: <br />Use, Interim <br />Definition. An ’'interim use" is a temporary use of <br />property until a particular date, or until the <br />occurrence of a particular event, as determined by the <br />City Council. <br />II- <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by <br />adding Sections 13.400, 13.410 and 13.420 to read as follows: <br />13.400. Use, Interim. <br />!!■ mmrn 11 ^ <br />The City Council may authorize an interim use of <br />property. Interim uses might not be consistent with <br />the land uses designated on the adopted Land Use Plan. <br />They might also fail to meet all of the zoning <br />standards established for the district within which it <br />is located. <br />13.410. Conditions for Interim Uses. <br />.. The City Council may attach conditions to Interim <br />Use Permits. In reviewing Interim Use Permit <br />applications, the City will establish a specific date, <br />or event, that will terminate the use on the property. <br />The Council will also determine that the approval of
