T>/eM=T <br />Subd. 3. Interim Uses: General Standards. An interim use shall comply with <br />the following: <br />A. Shall meet the standards of a conditional use permit as set forth in Section <br />10.09 of the Zoning Chapter. <br />B. Shall conform to the applicable general performance standards established in <br />Section 10.60 of the Zoning Chapter. <br />G:------The usiTis allowed as an interim use in the respective zoning district (NOTE: <br />JHIS-SUGGESTS THAT A ZONING DISTRICT AMENDMENT-XO'- <br />-ADD -A-SPECIFIED-INTERIM- USE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH <br />APPLICATION; PERHAPS THIS SECTION CAN BE OMITTED) - <br />D. The date, event or occurrence that will terminate the use can be identified with <br />certainty. <br />E. The use will not impose unreasonable costs on the public, and will not result <br />in adverse effects on the public health, safety and welfare. <br />F. The user agrees to any conditions that the City Council deems appropriate for <br />permission of the use. <br />Subd.^. Interim Uses: Termination. An interim use shall terminate on the <br />ha^ pening of any of the follow ing events, whichever occurs first: <br />A. The date stated in the permit. <br />B.
