The applicant should also <br />be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Criteria for Determining I Jndnp Hardship <br />1. T^e property in question cannot be put to a reasonable use if used under conditions <br />allowed by the official controls. <br />The property has a high water table not allowing a basement area for storage. The lot cannot <br />^ storage shed located further back on the property due to a wetland in the 250- <br />00 lakeshore setback distance. Most of the water on the property drains toward the wetland <br />and not the lake, including the area the proposed accessory building would be constructed. <br />The plight of the landowner is due to circumstances unique to his property not created <br />by the landowner. <br />The property contains a large wetland with wetland setbacks requiring the applicant to <br />construct a shed for storage closer to the residence.
