A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />VARIANCES TO <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 2 AND <br />SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (L)(2) <br />FILE #2409 <br />WHEREAS, Gedney Tuttle and Emily Anne Tuttle (hereinafter the applicants ) <br />are owners of the property located at 1225 Shoreline Drive within the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows; <br />All that part of Lot I, Auditor’s Subdivision Number 169, Hennepin County, Minnesot^ <br />and accretions and relictions thereto and all that part of Government Lot 2, Section 2, <br />Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal Mendian (hereinafter the <br />property"); and <br />WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes the ^'^"8 <br />Commission held a public hearing on August 17, 1998, at which times all persons dcsinng to <br />be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon, and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for vanances to Municipal <br />Zoning Code SecUon 10.22, Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56, <br />the construction of a storage shed increasing the hardcover to 46.4/. in the 75-250 lakeshore <br />setback where 25% is allowed. <br />Minnesota; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />FINDINGS <br />1.
