r <br />8.The granting of the proposed variance will not in any way impair health, safety, <br />comfort, morals, or in any other respect be contrary to the intent of the Zoning Code. <br />The granting of the variances will not constitute a public hazard. <br />9.The granting of such variance will not merely serve as a convenience to the applicant, <br />but is necessary to alleviate demonstrable hardship or difficulty. <br />The applicant has proposed to construct a garage that would be consistent with the <br />development in the neighborhood. The size of the lot does not allow the applicants to place <br />the garage in another location on the lot. <br />Issues <br />1 . The only variance necessary is from side yard setback requirements. <br />2.
