Approval of an amendment to the PUD Agreement to allow construction of the greenhouse <br />as proposed. <br />2. Denial of the proposed location of the loading dock / retaining wall system within Outlot C <br />3. Approval of a loading dock to be constructed at some undefined site within Lot 2 that meets <br />a 35' setback from Outlot C. <br />4. Approval of the relocation of the 40 ’x90' canopy to the proposed site east of the storage bins <br />in Lot 1 that meets the 35' setback to Outlot C (proposed at 40 ’+). <br />5. Applicant to relocate the light posts at the Highway 12 entrance to meet a 5' setback from the <br />right-of-way. <br />6. Applicant to meet with neighbors and establish an enhanced screening plan for Council <br />review and approval; such plan to potentially include additional plantings, fencing, and/or <br />materials storage screening. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Direct the City Attorney to draft the appropriate documents to amend the PUD Agreement to allow <br />the proposed greenhouse construction, subject to conditions as noted.
