The new garage <br />would have additional storage space to replace a 178 square foot storage shed that is proposed to be <br />removed subject to the new garage being built. <br />This application will require the following variances from the Zoning Code; <br />I Hardcover in the 75'-250' to remain at 48.4% where 25% is allowed. <br />Although the hardcover in die zone will not change, the old garag‘d would be removed and <br />a new garage would be constructed. <br />2. Accessory Structure located closer to the road than the principal structure, <br />3. Encroachment of i structure within the front yard setback.
