The new garage would <br />have additional storage space to replace a 178 square foot storage shed that is prop; sed to be <br />removed subject to the new garage being built. <br />This application will require the following variances from the Zo- ling Code* <br />1.Hardcover in the 75'-250' to remain at 48.4® o where 25% is allowed. <br />Although the hardcover in the zone will not change, the old garage would be removed and <br />a new garage would be constructed. <br />2. Accessory Structure located closer to the road than the principal structure. <br />3. Encroachment of a stricture within the front yard setback. The nev; garage would be built <br />in the same location as the e.xisting garage, 7' from the front lot line where 10 is required. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Comni.ssion mcommended by a 6 to 0 vote to: <br />Approve the variances as submitted. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To approve or amerd the enclosed resolution.
