§ 10.50 <br />SEC 10.50.I INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />Subd. 1. Application. All applications for a building permit in any "I" Industrial <br />District shall be reviewed by the Council and may be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />review. <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses. Within any "I" District, no structure or land shall be <br />used e.xcept for one or more of the following uses: <br />A. Processing, Etc. Conducting a process, fabrication, storage, <br />manufacturing or wholesaling operation or providing of a service as listed hereafter: <br />1. Apparel. <br />2. Artificial limbs. <br />Automobile and truck painting, major repair, body and fender <br />work, upholstering, tire recapping and soles when within a completely enclosed building. The <br />storage of automobiles or trucks in process of repair shall be within an enclosed building a fenced <br />area.
