§ 10.50 <br />a fenee-o f wall not less than five feet in height and not lea s than 50% opaque; provided, however, <br />that motor vehicles necessary to the operation of the principal use and of not more than three-fourths <br />ton capacity may be stored within the permitted parking areas. <br />J. Landscaping. All open areas of any site, lot, tract or parcel shall be <br />graded to provide proper drainage, and except for areas used for parking, drives or storage, shall be <br />landscaped with trees, shrubs or planted ground cover. Such landscaping shall conform with the <br />planting plan approved by the Council at the time the building permit was issued. It shall be the <br />owners' responsibility to see that this landscaping is maintained in an attractive and well-kept <br />condition. All vacant lots, tracts or parcels shall also be properly maintained. <br />K. Drainage. No land shall be developed and no use shall be permitted <br />that results in water runoff causing floods, erosion, or deposits on adjacent properties. Site and <br />drainage plans shall be submiited by the applicant in such detail as required by the Council and those <br />plans shall be reviewed by the City Engineer before submission to the Planning Commission and <br />Council for approval. Such runoff may be required to be properly channeled into a natural water <br />course, ponding area, storm drain or other public facilities. Any change in grade affecting water <br />runoff whether onto adjacent property or otherwise must be in compliance with the Surface Water <br />Management Plan and shall be consistent with other applicable regulations or City Code provisions <br />and subject to the approval of other agencies having jurisdiction over the area affected by the <br />drainage. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 172 <br />Effective Date: 1-1-75 <br />X\Am\WPWINWWW)OCrilN\*K<><»D<OOei050*E5
