04-23-1593 10.3'-*GlS 4T3 *^C33 LriCD F.32 <br />That • new multiple dock license, setback x^ariances, and length variances hereinaAer described are <br />granted, subject to the following conditions and limitations. <br />1 .Side setback variances are granted to zero feet from the extended lot tine on both sides of the <br />subject site and from the shordme to 200 feet from the shoreline in length. <br />2.The District mooring area discontinued es a part of the order of April 27, 1988, may not be <br />reestablished. <br />3.The variance hereby granted shall be for the construction of the dock facilities at the site in <br />accordance with the site and dock plan attached hereto as Attachment One and made a part of <br />this order. <br />All docks and boat storage (wkh the exception of the gas dock) are to be maintained within the <br />extended lot lines and whhin 200 feet of the shoreline. <br />5.No on-land storage or dry-itacking will be alloN^'ed at the facility. <br />The variances issued hereby shall grvA no vested rights to the use of Lake Minndonica.
