Smith seconded, to approve Application #2393 for t.he property located at <br />2917 Casco Point Road, with the understanding the proposed garage will be constructed <br />10 feet off the side yard and rear yard setbacks, a maximum of 50 square feet of hardcover <br />win be added for driveway, the existing shed and concrete will be removed and replaced <br />with a 14 by 20 foot garage.
