A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH <br />HDR ENGINEERING, INC. TO CONDUCT <br />A NOISE AND VIBRATION STUDY <br />FOR THE HIGHWAY 12 CORRIDOR PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, proposals have been requested from consulting firms for conducting <br />a noise and vibration study for the Highway 12 corridor ; and <br />WHEREAS, HDR Engineering, Inc. has submitted a proposal for a noise and <br />vibration study; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposal has been reviewed by the City of Orono, the City of Long <br />Lake, and Mn/DOT engineering staff; and <br />WHEREAS, HDR Engineering, Inc. appears to be qualified to perform the services <br />mentioned above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to enter into an agreement with <br />HDR Engineering, Inc. to conduct a noise and vibration study for the Highway 12 corridor project. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Miimesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 10th day of August, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
