This information is to assist the Council in determining which of the lots <br />could be retained as separate parcels after the right-of-way acquisition. The report includes staff <br />recommendations as to whether the lots should continue as separate developed lots or buildable <br />parcels. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />General reaction of the Council to the staff analysis and recommendations.
