The City has already received an <br />insurance settlement of $11,078.22 for storm damage repair. We have obtained quotations for <br />repair of the roof. <br />[i i <br />Ebert Construction, Corcoran <br />A-1 Coverall Construction Services, Wayzata <br />Flag Builders, Golden Valley <br />$10,070 <br />$12,400 <br />$29,275 <br />The quotations were reviewed by the City Building Official and Building Inspector. They have <br />both worked with Ebert Construction provided a good recommendation for this firm. They have <br />also both inspected the salt shed, and the scope of work proposed by Ebert Construction is <br />appropriate. <br />We are recommending approval of the quote from Ebert Construction for repair of the salt shed <br />roof with the Mayor and Clerk to sign for Acceptance of the Proposal. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve Quotation from Ebert Construction in the amount of $10,070.00 for repair of <br />the salt shed roof.
