The City has received no complaints on any of these tenjomt use <br />dock operations. <br />The applications with minor changes include: ,• u*i , <br />rarlsnn/Nelson/Gaee - Reducing from 9 designated slips to 8, with some slips slightly <br />increasing in size (see LMCD memo) ... . c a <br />Rio Riand Vets Camp - adding one dock for transient use, resulting in an increase ^ <br />permanent and 5 transient slips to 4 permanent and 6 transient. The property has ample lake <br />frontage to accomodate this slight increase, and this is still within parameters for their current <br />CUP approval for camp use. <br />Staff recommends approval of 1998 joint use dock licenses for each of these ten applicants. <br />Status of Other Joint Use Docks <br />Vi.-inria r-states I tnmi-mvners Association did not submit a license request for 1998 (nor for_l_997, <br />it turns out) and has been sent a letter requesting an immediate application be submitted for 97-98.
