The applicants proposed a solution at the <br />Planning Commission meeting which is acceptable to staff and Planning Commission, and which <br />results in no need for setback or hardcover variances, but which requires the redesignation of certain <br />Record Lots on Big Island, and the granting of a lot area variance for the Yaegers. <br />Solution Proposed by Applicant and Recommended by Planning Commission <br />1.Yaeger to acquire Lot 65 for legal combination with Lot 64, such combination <br />to be henceforth designated as Record Lot #15.
