A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A VARIANCE TO <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.31, SUBDIVISION 6 <br />AND REVISING THE RECORD LOT DESIGNATION <br />FOR BIG ISLAND RECORD LOT NO. 15 <br />- FILE #2361 <br />WHEREAS, William and LaWayne Yaeger (hereinafter "the applicants") are <br />owners of property located at 310 Big Island within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and <br />legally described as follows; <br />Lot 64, Morse Island Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the Yaeger lot"); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Nancy Lee Fames (hereinafter "Fames") is the owner of property <br />located at 310 Big Island within the City of Orono and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 65, Morse Island Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and <br />Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, Morse Island Park Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "the Fames lots"); and <br />WHEREAS, Big Island Record Lot No. 15 as designated in Orono Zoning <br />Code Section 10.31, Subdivision 6(F) is comprised of Lots 64 and 65, Morse Island Park and <br />Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Morse Island Park Second Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br />lot area variance vo allow the construction of a seasonal dwelling on Lots 64 and 65, Morse <br />Island Park, and have requested that the designated combination of lots which comprise Big <br />Island Record Lot No. 15 be revised to include only Lots 64 and 65, Morse Island Park. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota; <br />FINDINGS <br />Page 1 of6
